The company was planning a confidential product launch requiring the rapid hiring of over 100 sales professionals within a few months. Additionally, they were expanding their workforce across multiple functions, including outside sales, inside sales, and customer service management. To support these ambitious hiring goals, they sought a strategic recruiting partner to help secure top talent efficiently. 

Impact & Results

Over a three-month period, the recruiting team actively sourced and placed high-caliber sales talent nationwide to support the product launch. By partnering closely with hiring managers across various departments, the team successfully identified and attracted candidates that best aligned with the company’s needs. Using best-practice sourcing methods, the recruiting team acted as an extension of the company’s internal talent acquisition function, streamlining the hiring process and ensuring timely placements. 

How Felix Made A Difference

In September 2024, the Product Launch Expansion Project officially commenced, led by a dedicated team consisting of a project manager, medical liaison, four full-cycle recruiters, and a specialized sourcing team member. 

By October 2024, an additional team was introduced to support broader hiring efforts for sales and customer service roles. This initiative, internally referred to as “Total Dirt,” included three full-cycle recruiters and a dedicated sourcing team member. A month later, a second wave of recruiters joined, focusing primarily on sourcing efforts to sustain the hiring momentum
