Felix Global Announces the Promotion of Megan D’Aguilar to Chief Operating Officer
Chicago, IL — Felix is pleased to announce the promotion of Megan D’Aguilar to Chief Operating Officer. Megan, who has been with Felix since 2015, will assume responsibility for overseeing all corporate operations across our Canadian and US business, with a focus on optimizing processes, improving team performance, and driving strategic growth. Her promotion comes as a result of her outstanding contributions and leadership in her previous role as Senior Vice President, People & Strategy, where she successfully led critical initiatives across business operations, talent development, and corporate strategy to further Felix’s organizational capability.
With 15 years of experience in the talent space, Megan brings a unique combination of expertise in education, adult learning, and business operations. She has played an instrumental role in Felix’s success, leading projects that have driven both organic and acquisitional growth. In her nearly 10 years with Felix, Megan has led customer projects across multiple Felix offerings – she has a critical understanding of our customers and what makes Felix standout from our competitors. Megan has managed the organization through change resulting from business acquisitions, process implementation, enterprise technology adoption, and leadership changes that have been pivotal moments in the evolution of our company. Her people-first approach and deep understanding of operational process have consistently propelled Felix’s performance, making her the ideal candidate to lead operational excellence as COO.
