Jennett values efficient processes and effective communication. Her empathic and systematic approach as a Senior Client Services Manager enables her to meet client needs in a timely and appropriate manner. She enjoys building relationships with her teammates and clients at Felix, and she looks forward to contributing to the firm’s continued growth and success. After earning a bachelor’s degree in biology and secondary education, Jennett spent 8 years teaching high school biology and other science classes, primarily working with at-risk teens. She then went on to complete a master’s degree in school counselling and afterward took a role as a non-profit manager for an educational foundation. From these experiences, she gained a wealth of knowledge in project management, research-based practices, human development, learning, and counselling/advising. She learned the importance of strong systems and quality relationships and their impact on individual and organizational success. In her current work, she values using this knowledge to streamline processes that allow for cohesive collaboration and workflow between all stakeholders.
In her spare time, when she’s not video chatting with her niece, Jennett enjoys exploring the city with her husband and dog. She also likes to read, cook, swim, and practice yoga.
