Kristan’s experience extends across diverse industries, including tech, consumer, and retail. She has successfully implemented transformative strategies that prioritize organization design, culture, and people and has led several related projects at Google, Energizer, and Target.
Kristan is passionate about clarifying complex problems and creating an environment where teams take thoughtful risks. She develops strong relationships, prioritizes people, and delivers results using practical approaches.
Most recently, Kristan held a management position with Deloitte’s Human Capital Practice. Prior to Deloitte, Kristan was a Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Performance Improvement Practice.
Kristan received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, OH. She lives in Minneapolis with her French bulldog, Riley. Kristan spends time with family and friends, traveling, trying to enhance her culinary skills, and cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals.
